Leong Mun Yuen
Chief Technology Officer, Technology and Planning, Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore |
Mr Leong is the Chief Technology Officer of Infocomm Development Authority (IDA) of Singapore. He is responsible to provide technology leadership and strategic planning at IDA as well as IDA's vision for Infocomm directions.
Before joining IDA, Mr Leong was the Global Chief Technology Officer at Avaya Inc. At Avaya, he was responsible for Avaya's technology strategy, architecture, standards and R&D investments. Mr Leong was also the Vice-President and General Manager of the Communications Appliances Division of Avaya. Prior to Avaya, Mr Leong held senior positions at Lucent Technologies, AT&T, and Hewlett Packard.
Mr Leong holds a B.Sc in Electronics and Communications Engineering from University of Birmingham, UK. He attended the Wharton Advanced Management Program (AMP) in 1997. |

Dr Hiroshi Esaki has been responsible on the design and operation of JGN (Japan Gigabit Network) IPv6 network, since 2000. He is also Board member for WIDE project and Director of JPNIC (Japan Network Information Center). |

Tony Haigh

| Tony Haigh (Partner, Manchester) is the Project Director for the Analysys Mason and Tech Mahindra national IPv6 survey for Singapore. His main responsibilities have been for the overall executive direction of the study and the provision of specialist technical input. Tony has been a long term advocate of IPv6 as the main enabler for the adoption of IP as a universal networking protocol across both the fixed and mobile domains. He has worked for Analysys Mason since 1996 on a wide variety of technology based assignments in both the end user and carrier sectors. |

David Chow

David Chow joined Sophos in 2002 as a Business Development Manager for Greater China. In 2004, David was promoted to the role of Country Manager for Greater China. Prior to joining Sophos, David had worked in eSoft Inc as their Sales Engineer for the Asia Pacific region. By implementing key sales and market strategies, David has continued to grow the sales and the number of channel partners in the Greater China region.
With an outstanding track record in Greater China, David was transferred back to Singapore as Country Manager for Singapore in 2009. He is to continue to grow the sales, marketing, partners and product management activities in Singapore.
David had begun his career working as an engineer in Thomson Electronic, Radac (now known as Netstar) and Nera Telecommunication. He holds a Hons degree in technology with electronic from SIM University Singapore. |

Srinivas Gudipudi

Srinivas Gudipudi is working as Director - Business Development at Tech Mahindra. He has extensive interest in IPv6 Technology area, and is leading and initiating various IPv6 activities across Tech Mahindra and contributing to the National IPv6 Task force activities in India. He is currently the Lead for the Government of India - National IPv6 application support working group and is also supporting the IPv6 pilot project activities.
He has about 18 years of experience in the IT industry. He was awarded "Top 10 Innovators of India" by SmartTechie in 2006.
During his career span, he has worked for Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), HCL Technologies, Computer Associates - wherein he has helped build Hardware/Software for Indian Remote Sensing Satellites, various Network Management products and has helped build multiple engineering and business groups. |

Benjamin T.P. Tan

| Benjamin T.P. Tan is the Managing Director of SuperInternet, a company which focuses on voice and data communication infrastructure. SuperInternet is both a systems integrator as well as a service provider and holds Service Based Operator (I) licenses for the provision of IP Telephony services with PSTN interconnectivity. Apart from general management, Benjamin is also the primary network architect for the entire SuperInternet network. Benjamin graduated from NUS with an LL.B(Hons) and holds several active certifications including CCNP, CCDP, CCSP, CCVP, MCSE. He is also a senior member of the Singapore Computer Society and a member of the Association of Information Security Professionals. |

| Sean Duggan is a Director of Product Management at F5 Networks, focusing on the BIG-IP Local Traffic Manager (LTM) and Global Traffic Manager (GTM) products. Duggan brings 14 years of data communications experience to F5. Prior to joining F5, Duggan was a Product Manager at Digeo, Inc., specializing in service provider products-including digital set-top boxes for cable companies-and developing Digeo's IPTV strategy. He also spent six years at Myrio Corporation, a leading provider of IPTV middleware solutions for telephone companies worldwide, driving the company's product portfolio and helping Myrio become the global leader in IPTV software solutions. Duggan has also served in other roles in the networking industry, including network engineering management positions at ISPs and telecommunication providers. | Kerk Chun Sing is the Technical Manager of Singapore Internet Exchange (SGIX). He drives the technical development and operations of the IX. Prior to SGIX, he is the Network Planning Manager in SingNet who setup the IPv6 core network. He is also one of the engineers to startup Singapore Open Exchange (SOX) in 2001. |

Bu-Sung Lee
Associate Professor, SingAREN |
A/Prof. Bu-Sung Lee received his B.Sc. (Hons) and PhD from the Electrical and Electronics Department, Loughborough University of Technology, UK in 1982 and 1987 respectively. He is currently an Associate Professor with the School of Computer Engineering, Nanyang Technological University. He holds a concurrent position as Director, Service Platform Lab. HP Labs. Singapore.. He is the invited lecturer to Osaka University, under the Pacific Rim International University program in 2005 to 2009. He is also an invited Professor to Waseda University, Japan from 2008-2009, supported by Global Centre of Excellence program.
He has been actively involved with the Asia-Pacific research and education network since the formation of Singapore Advance Research and Education Network project in 1997. He was the Director of Network Technology of the Asia Pacific Advance Network Consortium (APAN) from 2000-2003. He is the founding president of the Singapore Research & Education Networks (SingAREN) society, 2003-2007, and is currently the current President of SingAREN(2011). Since 2004, he is a member of the technical management team of Trans-Eurasia Information Network (TEIN-2); the first large scale is the first large-scale research and education network for the Asia-Pacific. It connects ten countries in the region, and provides direct connectivity to Europe's GEANT2 network. His involvements continue into the new phase of the project TEIN-3.
A/Prof. Bu-Sung Lee has published over 150 peer preview papers, with over 60 journal papers. His research areas cover both Grid/Cloud Computing and network. His particular interest are in data replication, scheduling, network Qos (wired and wireless), and ad hoc network. He has received a number of research grants and co-authored a number of papers which have received Best Paper awars. He has ben invited to speak at varous conference/workshp. He has been active in the academic community in organizing conferences and members of technical committee. |

Alastair Johnson

| Alastair Johnson (AJ) is a Senior Product Line Manager at Alcatel-Lucent based in Mountain View, California. In this role he works with customers globally to define requirements and feature development for the Alcatel-Lucent 7750SR family of routers, particularly for IPv6. Prior to this role, AJ was based in Singapore with Alcatel-Lucent as Chief Architect for Network Integration, working with Asia Pacific network operators to define network strategy and technology deployment. AJ has experience in carrier and ISP operations as well as network engineering, and has worked across many countries in the APAC region. AJ is active in InternetNZ and is a member of the New Zealand Network Operators Group (NZNOG) organizing committee. |

Jim Anuskiewicz

| Jim Anuskiewicz received his BSEE and MSEE from the University of
Rochester. Jim leads the Technical Marketing Engineering team at Spirent Communications and he has over 12 years of experience in the communications test industry. He has a wide range of expertise and has delivered numerous seminars on technology and test methodology. Jim has a BSEE and MSEE from the University of Rochester and has held research and engineering positions at Kodak, Sun Microsystems, and the University of Hawaii.
